World Gin Day is on Saturday June 12th and who am I to argue? Let’s make cocktails!
Tom and Tina Warner decided life was too short for mediocre gin, so in 2012 they overhauled their family farm and started growing and sourcing all-natural ingredients to make real gorgeous gin.
Why not try our one of the following recipes this World Gin Day?
The classic G&T
Warner’s London Dry Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic or Indian Tonic and fresh orange garnish.
A twist on the classic – perfect for those who don’t like tonic
Warner’s Rhubarb Gin with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and blood orange garnish.
The Classic Negroni
The Negroni dates back to Italy in 1919 and was a variation on the classic Americano cocktail (Campari, Martini Rosso and Soda). Count Camillo Negroni asked his bartender, Fosco Scarselli, to make the drink stronger so (being a man of taste and style) he added gin. The ‘Count Negroni’ was born but it soon became known simply as the Negroni. It’s become one of the drinks of the current gin renaissance.

Warner’s Rhubarb Sour
The classic sour can be made with many spirits; however using Warner’s Rhubarb Gin however changes the complexity of the drink completely.
